PLEASE NOTE:

Non-Member Delegates Opting for membership of RSSDI will receive an email from central RSSDI office for documentation and further processing of their membership. After the verification of documents submitted by the applicant, they will receive the official confirmation for RSSDI Membership via Email.

Registration Guidelines

General Registration Guidelines:
  • All applications should be made on the prescribed registration form (one form per delegate).
  • On-line registration & payment facility is available on the website; Registration will be processed only upon receipt of the payment.
  • Please inform us at the earliest in case of any discrepancies in your registration details, this would allow streamlined error free registration. The delegates must mention their Registration ID in all future correspondence.
  • Invoice cum Receipt bearing the Registration ID will be sent to all registered delegates by email. This must be presented at the registration counter.
  • PG Students should submit a bonafide certificate from the head of the department/Institution along with the registration form
  • Conference program dates are 16th - 19th November 2023

  • Accompanying Delegate registration is mandatory.
  • If Accompanying Person/Spouse is a doctor wishing to attend scientific sessions and get certificate, please register as a separate delegate
  • Child below 5 years will be given complimentary registration. (Age proof required). However, for security reasons, please fill their details in the accompanying persons/spouse field.
Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of your RSSDI 2023 registration can be done by writing an email to the conference secretariat at info@rssdi2023.com clearly stating your registration number in the subject line. The email will have to be sent from the email address you used while registering.

Please Note:
  • Delegates registering at Chennai please note that the registration is non-transferable and non-refundable
  • All cancellations done between 10/10/2022 to 31/01/2023 will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of gross registration value
  • All cancellations done between 01/02/2023 to 15/09/2023 will attract a cancellation fee of 75% of gross registration value
  • All refunds will be provided by cheque post 6 weeks of the completion of the conference
  • Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request
